We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — new, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free prepaid return shipping label to download and print, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.


Restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
